Ludo Online — Play Free Online

Ludo Online is a digital version of the classic race board game, made by InfinityGames.io, the studio that also publishes Classic Chess, Checkers Multiplayer, Tic Tac Toe and the Infinity Loop puzzles. It was added to Poki in November 2025 and is built with the Cocos Creator engine.

How Ludo works here

Each player owns four tokens in one colour: yellow, blue, green or red. On your turn you roll the die and move one token that many squares along the track. Tokens start locked in their base, and a roll of six is what brings one out onto the board. The aim is to walk all four tokens around the board and into your home area before anyone else.

If your token lands on a square holding an opponent's token, that piece is captured and sent back to its base. Not every square is open to attack, though: the game treats the star squares and each colour's starting square as safe spots. The match ranks everyone from first to fourth place, and the end screen offers a rematch.

Controls

Click with the mouse, or tap on a phone or tablet, to roll the die and to choose which token to move. A short tutorial walks new players through the first turns, and each turn runs on a timer.

Modes

• AI Mode: play against computer opponents.
• Local Mode: several people play on the same device.
• Play Online: get matched with other players over the internet.
• Game Code: create a room, send its code to a friend, and wait for them in the waiting room; or paste a friend's code to join theirs.

Power-ups

This version adds three optional powers on top of the standard rules. Double gives you a run of extra rolls, and a roll of six does not use one of them up. Lightning Attack lets you pick one of an opponent's tokens as its target. Shield protects one of your own tokens and deflects an attack aimed at it.

Customisation

Coins earned in play go toward a new avatar, a different token colour or a new board background, and you can set your own player name. The Poki listing also mentions achievements and leaderboards.

Tips

• Use the star squares as resting points when an opponent is close behind you.
• A Shield is most useful on a token that is far along the track, since that is the one you would lose the most by having captured.
