Neon Challenge Legends is a one-button reflex game by Jungle Tavern that arrived on Poki in February 2026. You guide a small blue monster along glowing corridors full of spikes and moving hazards, and the aim of every stage is simple to state and hard to pull off: get to the finish line without touching anything that kills you.

One input, two directions

The whole control scheme comes down to holding and letting go.

• Hold to climb: any of W, up arrow, space or a left click works.
• Release it to drop back down.
• R starts the current level over.

The title screen tells you to press space or click to begin, and short animated tutorial panels show a finger pressing and lifting so you can see how the path bends. The game also runs on phones and tablets, where holding and lifting a finger on the screen does the same job.

Because you are always moving forward, your only real decision is when to rise and when to fall. That makes the timing of each press the entire skill being tested.

What gets in your way

Levels are lined with spikes, walls that close off parts of the corridor and obstacles that rotate as you approach. Some messages in the build warn of danger above, and one tutorial prompt tells you to hold to go up and slide on the ceiling. Those slides are useful: running along a surface lets you build momentum instead of only bouncing between floor and roof.

Stars, coins and skins

Each level hides three stars, and they are placed in awkward spots that force you off the safest line. Finishing is enough to move on, but collecting all three is the real test of a stage. Coins gathered along the way go toward new skins for your character, so even a run that misses a star still adds to something.

Tips

• Make short taps rather than long holds. Small corrections keep the monster inside narrow gaps better than big swings.
• Use the ceiling. Sliding along it is a safe way to pass hazards that sit low in the corridor.
• Learn a level first, then go back for stars. Since the stars sit in risky places, it is easier to grab them once you know where every spike is.
• Hit R as soon as a run goes wrong instead of limping on toward a crash.
