What Coin Machine is

Coin Machine is an idle merge game by Kuyi Mobile, released on Poki in July 2025. Despite the name, it is not a coin pusher. The machine is a tall glass cabinet: coins drop in from a funnel at the top, bounce down through a set of pegs, and land in collection bins at the bottom. Every coin carries a value printed on it, and that value changes on the way down depending on which pegs it touches.

Your job is to fill those pegs with power-up chips, merge the chips into stronger ones and keep coins flowing so the money counter at the top keeps climbing.

How to play

The game is played entirely with the mouse, or with a finger on a phone or tablet. Click or tap to pick an item, then drag it where you want it. Clicking and holding on matching chips merges them into the next level.

A row of round buttons sits along the bottom of the cabinet:

  • A coin button that drops another coin into the machine.
  • A chip button that buys a new power-up chip for the storage tray.
  • A speed button.
  • A goal button with a progress ring and a counter showing how close you are to the next target.

Above the buttons is a storage tray of ten squares where new chips wait. From there you drag a chip onto an empty peg slot in the cabinet.

The chips

Each chip affects a coin that bounces off it, and the colour tells you how:

  • Yellow chips add a flat amount to the coin. Each merge doubles what they add.
  • Cyan chips multiply the coin's value instead, by a little more with every level.
  • Green chips add a bonus too, but they crack with use; after enough hits they break and leave the slot empty.
  • Money bags sit in a slot and wobble until you claim them for a lump of cash.

The coins change colour as their value grows, from bronze through silver and gold to pale blue and finally bright cyan. Now and then a pink special coin appears, trailing fire and shooting off sideways as it falls. When a coin reaches a bin, its value is multiplied by that bin's multiplier and added to your total.

Unlocking more of the machine

Not every peg slot is open at the start. Locked slots carry a padlock that wobbles to get your attention, and some show a small video icon, meaning they open after watching an advert. Some slots also slide from side to side, carrying their chip with them. The machine itself also comes in several levels, and the later ones add extra funnels at the top and bottom.

Tips

  • Order matters. A cyan chip multiplies whatever the coin is worth at that moment, so it pays more below yellow chips than above them.
  • Open slots are limited, so merging pairs in the tray is the main way to make each slot count for more.
  • Keep an eye on green chips. They are strong but temporary, so be ready to fill the slot again when one breaks.
  • Claim money bags as soon as they appear so the slot is free for a working chip.

Questions about Coin Machine

Is Coin Machine a coin pusher?

No. Coins fall through a cabinet of pegs into bins at the bottom, and the chips you place on the pegs raise each coin's value as it bounces past.

How do you merge chips in Coin Machine?

Click or tap to pick a chip, and click and hold on matching chips to merge them into a stronger one.

What do the different chip colours do?

Yellow chips add to a coin's value, cyan chips multiply it, and green chips add a bonus but break after a number of hits.

Can I play Coin Machine on a phone?

Yes. It runs on computers, phones and tablets, and on touch screens you tap and drag instead of clicking.
