More Skill & Arcade games
Sprint League is a 3D running game from OnRush Studio, the team behind Venge.io, Tribals.io and Shipo.io. It launched on Poki in November 2024 and has grown since then into a hub of mini-games built around one idea: train your runner, get faster, and use that speed to win races and survive party modes.
Controls
Move with W A S D or the arrow keys. On a phone or tablet an on-screen joystick does the same job, and the game runs on computers and touch devices alike.
Training and racing
Your career starts on a basic treadmill. Running on it earns points, and those points move you up to better and quicker machines. Once you are fit enough, step onto the race course to set a new personal best against the clock or line up against top runners for coins. Coins go back into your runner: new shoes, cosmetic skins and stat upgrades that raise your stamina and speed, so each training session makes the next race easier.
Shoes are the most visible upgrade. The build includes pairs such as Electricity Shoes, Icey Shoes, Magma Shoes, Robot Shoes and Turbo Booster Shoes, alongside skins like Volcano, Infused and Cat.
Game modes
Beyond plain sprinting, Sprint League packs in a long list of party modes. Poki highlights four of them:
- Red Light Green Light – the Squid Game challenge: run only while the light is green and freeze when it turns red.
- Tung Tung Tag – run from Tung Tung Sahur while picking up coins; if he catches you, you switch to his team.
- Brainrot Tsunami – collect Brainrot characters for your collection while a deadly wave chases you.
- Backrooms – hide and seek in endless yellow hallways, with Tung Tung Sahur as the seeker.
The game files also contain modes named Glass Bridge, Rope Jump, Floor Is Lava, Knockout, Duel, Parkour, Obstacle, Zombie Tag, Prop Hunt, Gift Rain and Rivals, so there is plenty to rotate through when you want a break from the treadmill.
Tips
- Spend time on the treadmill early; a better machine and higher stamina pay off in every mode.
- Put coins into speed upgrades before cosmetic skins if winning races is your goal.
- In Red Light Green Light, a fast runner still loses by moving at the wrong moment, so watch the light, not the finish line.
- In Tung Tung Tag and Brainrot Tsunami, collecting matters as much as running; grab what you can while staying out of reach.
