Johnny Trigger Action Shooter (listed on Poki as Johnny Trigger - Action Shooter) is a shooter set on platforms, from SayGames, the studio that also made My Perfect Hotel. You play Johnny Trigger, a cool-headed assassin working through levels full of mafia gunmen. He runs, jumps and flips between platforms on his own, and the action plays out in slow motion, so your part is to pick the moment to fire and the target to hit. The web version reached Poki in November 2024, and Poki lists a mobile app version of the game as well.

How to play

There is only one control: click the mouse to shoot. On a phone or tablet you tap the screen instead. Johnny never stops moving, so you do not steer him at all. The slow motion is your window: it gives you time to line up a gangster before you click.

Some levels also contain hostages standing among the enemies. Poki's own description warns that you get just one chance to shoot without hitting them, so with a hostage nearby a careful shot matters more than a fast one.

What is in the game

• Weapons: the game files sort guns into pistols, SMGs, automatic weapons and a top "supers" group, each with its own prices in the weapon shop. Some weapons only appear after you reach a certain level.
• Skins: a separate skin shop changes Johnny's look.
• Bonus missions and bosses: the build includes boss fights and bonus missions with their own rewards.
• Keys and puzzles: keys and puzzle pieces are collected alongside the normal reward, and there are daily checks and a weekly event.

Tips

• Use the slow motion to aim rather than clicking as soon as a gangster appears.
• Before shooting, check whether a hostage is standing near the gunman you are aiming at.
• Visit the weapon shop now and then, because new guns open up as you reach higher levels.
